At Amorate , we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer care. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we fully comply with  Consumer Rights.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

  • After this period, your order may already be processing, and changes may not be possible.

  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 10 business days.


Return Policy

  • You have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • You may open the packaging and inspect the product as you would in a physical store, to check its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition. Refunds will not be issued for items used beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

  • To initiate a return, contact us within 14 days of delivery, providing your order number and reason for return.

  • Wait for our confirmation before sending the product back.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for faulty or damaged items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.


Damaged or Faulty Items

  • You have the right to report a faulty product within 30 days of delivery.

  • If an item arrives damaged or faulty, notify us within 48 hours, providing your order number and clear photos of the damage.

  • Once confirmed, Amorate  will send a replacement product immediately, at no extra cost.

  • Refunds or replacements are not available for damage caused by normal wear and tear or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Amorate  is responsible for delivering the product to your home.

  • If the product is lost or damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

  • We work with reliable couriers to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
